Rain Delay

It's my understanding that most people dread rainy days. I can completely understand this ideology, especially if you need to be on your A game for an interview, people driving approximately 10 miles per hour makes you late for class, or you have a new pair of heels you've been dying to wear. If those don't apply to you, I think that a great pair of rain boots could very well change your frame of mind about those days when the rain just won't let up.
